Granola Dust

A healthy delicious way to kick start your day!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Porridge Oats
  • 1 cup Mixed Seeds Chia,, Poppy, Flax seeds, Nigella/Black Seeds You can omit the ones you don't like/want.
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Dried Fruit Blueberries, Cranberries, Sour Cherries, Mango, Apricots, Figs, Sultanas, Dates, the choice is yours
  • 3 tablespoons Quality Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Large Orange

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Place the porridge oats, nuts and seeds if using in your largest roasting tray. Mix & roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway.
  3. Stir the dried fruit, cocoa into the mix, finely grate over the orange zest, then, in batches, simply blitz to a rough powder in a food processor.

Recipe Notes

You can either have it with cold milk or natural yogurt, & fresh fruit. You can make porridge & top with fresh fruit, add it to parfait & many other possibilities.
